The Big Day Approaches Time has a habit of creeping up on you, the ABBAthePaddle launch date is perilously close. I have been rather busy with DIY of late and updating this blog has been a very low priority. Here is a recap of some of the preparation I have done over the Autumn, Winter and Spring. 14th September First trip to the Eddy Stone Lighthouse 20th September Advanced Sea Kayaking Course with SeaKayakingCornwall 11th October Paddled around the Isle of Wight over 2 days 16th January - Bought an Ocean Ski - Morwenna 21st Jan _ Eddy Stone Again 23rd Jan - Open Water Navigation Course 12 February - VHF Radio Course 9th April - Greenland Rolling Course 14th April - Eddy Stone Again 18th April - Paddled 100km in a Day on the Tamar Estuary and Finally I went to the Anglesea Sea Kayaking Symposium where I paddled 123km around the Island in 19 hours and I got to meet John Willacy to pick up my Performance Sea Kayak Cup so its not been all DIY
