The Learning Curve

 The Big Day Approaches

Time has a habit of creeping up on you, the ABBAthePaddle launch date is perilously close. I have been rather busy with DIY of late and updating this blog has been a very low priority. Here is a recap of some of the preparation I have done over the Autumn, Winter and Spring.

14th September First trip to the Eddy Stone Lighthouse

20th September Advanced Sea Kayaking Course with SeaKayakingCornwall

11th October Paddled around the Isle of Wight over 2 days

16th January - Bought an Ocean Ski - Morwenna

21st Jan _ Eddy Stone Again

23rd Jan - Open Water Navigation Course

12 February - VHF Radio Course

9th April - Greenland Rolling Course

14th April - Eddy Stone Again

18th April - Paddled 100km in a Day on the Tamar Estuary

and Finally I went to the Anglesea Sea Kayaking Symposium
where I paddled 123km around the Island in 19 hours and I got to meet John Willacy to pick up my  Performance Sea Kayak Cup

so its not been all DIY
